We want you to be happy with your Wobblo purchase. If you need to request a return, please review the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Include all original components, accessories, and packaging
• Show no signs of misuse, improper installation, modification, excessive handling, or damage caused after delivery
• Include proof of purchase or the original order number
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging the product securely. Wobblo is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to an error by Wobblo or a qualifying damaged or defective product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, replacement component, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
3D-Printed Products
Wobblo products are made using additive manufacturing. Minor layer lines, subtle texture differences, small variations in finish, or slight differences between pieces may naturally occur as part of the 3D-printing process.
These normal manufacturing characteristics are not considered defects unless they materially affect the intended function of the product.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after issuance depend on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund when a returned product shows damage, missing components, misuse, modification, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled through the available cancellation process within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled.
After that period, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated because production or order preparation may have already begun.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
Final Sale and Customized Items
Items specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for voluntary return or cancellation, except where required by law or where the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customized, personalized, or specially made products may also be non-returnable where permitted by law. Any such restriction will be disclosed before purchase.
